Well, I have decided to join the rest of the world and become a blogger. I stumbled upon some blogs by stitchers and found them so interesting, that I was convinced to join in the fun. [I can just hear my children laughing at me.] It pleased me to see that my stitching habits are not so uncommon....for instance, I just finished a huge Old World Santa Claus that I started when I was pregnant with my son, who will be 30 in three weeks. Can anyone top that? It was NOT fun to work on, so I would work on it for a very LITTLE while and put it away again.
I do other things beside stitching.
*I teach high school choral music - there I have 160 kids - and I have two children of my own that both live far away.
*I love to read mysteries - "cozy mysteries" they are called. [I would love to retire, move to Cabot Cove, Maine and help Jessica Flethcer solve her mysteries.]
*Knitting is something else I enjoy - I have a scarf in every color and yarn imaginable, and have finally moved on to larger projects.
I am pretty 'computer illiterate', so now I am going to try to figure out how to post this.
